1. The free tools are estimates

When we quote results, such as the number of brands our team works with or their combined monthly sales, they describe our own clients at the time of writing. Every brand is different. Past results do not guarantee your results.

A free profit call is a 30-minute conversation. There is no obligation to buy anything. If a group business (Bizgrowth Ninja or Margifi) offers you a paid service afterwards, that service runs under its own written agreement or terms, not these.
4. What you give us
Give us accurate details and only your own, or details you are allowed to share. Do not submit someone else’s number or email. Do not put passwords, bank details or other sensitive data into any form. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.

The text, checklists, calculators, design and logos on this site belong to The Dwarkesh. You may use the tools and checklists for your own business, and share links to them. You may not copy, resell or republish them as your own, or scrape the site, without written permission.
7. Fair use of the site
Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site, submit spam or fake leads, or get around any access gate by technical means. We may block access if you do.
8. Other websites
We link to other sites, such as margifi.com, bizgrowthninja.com, WhatsApp and social media. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
9. Liability
