Budget double. Orders double?
Usually not. Raise the budget 20% every 3 days, check orders, and stop where they stop rising. This plans every step for your numbers.
The short answer
Don’t double a Meta budget in one jump. Raise it about 20%, wait about 3 days, and check orders per day. Raise again while orders keep up, hold while Meta learns, and go back one step if orders fall under break-even. Where budget rises but orders don’t, you have found your limit.
- Who it’s for
- Indian D2C founders running Meta ads who want to spend more without wasting it.
- How it works
- Put in today’s budget, orders and margin. Get the ladder, the orders you need at each step and your break-even cost per order.
▲ Room to scale. You pay ₹375 per order and can afford up to ₹407.
Doubling in one jump, you would expect 32 orders a day. But Meta starts learning again, and the extra money reaches costlier buyers. In our reel, ₹6,000 → ₹12,000 took orders from 16 to just 18.
Your ladder
Step by step, day by day.
Hold and break-even are orders per day. Judge each step on its last day, using the average of its 3 days. Orders at or above “hold” → raise. Between the two → hold. Below break-even → go back one step.
| Step | From | Budget/day | Hold | Break-even |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Today | Day 1 | ₹6,000 | 16 | 15 |
| Step 1 | Day 4 | ₹7,200 | 20 | 18 |
| Step 2 | Day 7 | ₹8,640 | 24 | 22 |

Numbers are estimates from what you enter. “20% every 3 days” is a media-buyer rule of thumb, not a Meta rule.
